About the role
As a Soft Landscaping Team Leader, you will supervise a small team working on various soft-landscaping contracts within our construction area. This could be anything from a new build, front lawn, rear garden, or public open space. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, learn more and provide high quality work for numerous exciting contracts.
Requirements
- Prior experience in soft landscaping including planting, turfing, mulching, tree planting & seeding.
- Hard Landscaping experience would be an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A full valid UK driving licence.
- A valid CSCS card is an advantage but not essential - must be willing to obtain one to secure this position.
- A strong health and safety mindset.
