Hourly Rate: 12.21
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Working hours: Summer 07:00-16:30 Mon-Thurs, 07:00-13:00 Friday. Winter 07:30-15:15 Mon-Thurs, Fridays off

About the role

We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Loughborough. You will support to keep a number of local, varied grounds in wonderful condition for our client through grass cutting; using a pedestrian and ride on mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub & border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties. It\’s a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, and ride-on mower experience would be an advantage.
  • A full valid UK driving license.
  • PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
  • Experience using powered grounds maintenance machinery is desired.
