Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team based in Norwich on a fixed-term basis. Working in small teams, you will be responsible for activities such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and more. This is a fixed-term position working 40 hours per week.

Are you who we are looking for?

• Experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture, or gardening
• Ability to work safely using equipment and hand tools (e.g., strimmers, backpack blowers, push mowers)
• Experience working in a busy team and providing quality service
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Current Full UK Driving License is essential
• Willing to be employed on a fixed-term contract
