Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple channels to increase adoption of IDS services such as Workflow Automation, Data Management and Artificial Intelligence.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless transition and integration for clients across various sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with market needs and product capabilities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within client organisations to secure and expand revenue opportunities.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to tailor proposals and presentations that showcase the value of IDS services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and enhance the IDS value proposition.
- Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continually improve our service offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in selling technology solutions within the sectors of ERP, FMS/PMS, CMS/DMS, CRM, HR, IT, and in general, Legal Technology systems.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation services and their impact on business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges and develop strategic responses.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
