Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Can you connect learning in MFL to the real world in real-time and inspire a love of languages in the next generation?

To be successful you will need to
- Be able to teach French at KS3 and KS4.
- Have skills in communication, collaboration, listening, adaptability, empathy, and patience.
- Embody the values of 'Achievement through Caring'
- Have high expectations of yourself and be a role model to others
- Be determined to play a pivotal part in the MFL Department, working closely with the Head of MFL to achieve this
- Deliver high-quality lessons and assess student progress.
- Support the Head of Department in monitoring teaching standards and implementing effective strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with staff to improve teaching practices and ensure a consistent approach across the department.
