About the Role
We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Purley, specialising in the recruitment and supply of HGV Drivers.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. Full training and support will be provided, so previous recruitment experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting HGV drivers and building a strong candidate database
- Speaking with candidates by phone and understanding their availability and experience
- Advertising vacancies and attracting new drivers
- Registering and completing compliance checks on new candidates
- Matching suitable drivers to client requirements
- Taking and filling driver bookings
- Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Managing daily driver availability
- Making outbound calls to candidates and clients
- Working as part of a busy recruitment team
- Providing excellent customer service to both clients and drivers

- Good communication skills

- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good computer skills
