School leavers welcome About the Role We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Purley, specialising in the recruitment and supply of HGV Drivers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. Full training and support will be provided, so previous recruitment experience is not essential. Key Responsibilities * Recruiting HGV drivers and building a strong candidate database * Speaking with candidates by phone and understanding their availability and experience * Advertising vacancies and attracting new drivers * Registering and completing compliance checks on new candidates * Matching suitable drivers to client requirements * Taking and filling driver bookings * Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients * Managing daily driver availability * Making outbound calls to candidates and clients * Working as part of a busy recruitment team * Providing excellent customer service to both clients and drivers What We Are Looking For * Confident and friendly telephone manner * Good communication skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Motivated by targets and earning potential * Good computer skills * Ability to work well as part of a team * A strong work ethic and professional attitude No recruitment experience is necessary — full training will be provided.
