Job Description We are looking for a motivated
Recruitment Resourcer to join our HGV recruitment team.
You will support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening HGV drivers, speaking with candidates, and helping to match suitable drivers with our clients.

Responsibilities: Source and attract HGV drivers through job boards, social media and our database.
Screen candidates and check relevant qualifications and experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records and keep our database up to date.
Build strong relationships with drivers and clients.
Arrange interviews, registrations, and driver placements.
Support the wider recruitment team with day-to-day tasks.
