Job Description We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our HGV recruitment team. You will support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening HGV drivers, speaking with candidates, and helping to match suitable drivers with our clients. School Leavers Welcome - Full Training will be provided Key Responsibilities: Source and attract HGV drivers through job boards, social media and our database. Maintain accurate candidate records and keep our database up to date. Support the wider recruitment team with day-to-day tasks. Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is desirable but not essential, School Leavers Welcome Excellent communication and people skills. Confident speaking to candidates over the phone. Experience within HGV, logistics or transport recruitment would be an advantage.
