The role: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can seamlessly connect marketing strategy with sales execution. In this role, you will develop high-impact content, tools, and campaigns that elevate our brand, energise our sales team, and captivate existing and prospective clients. Part of a small marketing team, you will translate market insights into compelling assets that accelerate the buyer journey, strengthen client engagement, and fuel measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate blends creative marketing instinct with a strong grasp of the sales funnel, ensuring every initiative is crafted to build a pipeline and drive results.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop thought leadership, client education, and brand-focused content that resonates with target audiences.
- Optimise content for SEO and AI-driven search to maximise reach.
- Create sales materials, including pitch decks, product sheets, case studies, and proposal templates, to empower the sales team and accelerate the buyer journey.
- Build targeted ABM campaigns and content for high-value accounts, supporting sales in creating personalised, impactful messaging.
- Drive marketing initiatives for conferences, webinars, and other events, from strategy and promotion to event management, ensuring maximum engagement, lead generation, and brand impact.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, and digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Track campaign performance, measure impact, and iterate to continuously improve engagement, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with sales, product, and other teams to ensure campaigns, messaging, and content strategies are aligned and impactful.
Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or a hybrid role.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Some understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and lead nurturing.
- Desirable: experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
