We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics & Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced data operations environment. This role combines hands-on operational support with process documentation and improvement, helping ensure smooth daily performance while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support
- Support product onboarding, client setup, and program changes across test and production environments
- Maintain and update static data for customer and program configurations
- Support reporting processes, including data feeds and delivery schedules
- Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy across systems
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues with internal teams and stakeholders
- Manage incidents and change requests using tools such as Jira or similar
- Monitor ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data processing
- Support production changes, including data fixes and issue resolution
- Document end-to-end processes and workflows
- Identify risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies
- Recommend practical improvements, including automation and standardisation
- Help improve scalability, quality, and operational resilience

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with SQL, databases, and ETL processes
