A global IT Managed Service Provider, working with a leading Telecoms end client is looking for an experienced IT Service Architect/Technical Design Authority to provide technical governance, assurance, and strategic oversight across a complex enterprise IT environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Technical design reviews and project assurance
- IT risk management and ISO27001 compliance support
- Change governance and CAB participation
- Technical sign-off of infrastructure and application projects
- End User Computing (EUC) strategy and life cycle management
- Stakeholder engagement across IT, suppliers, and business teams
