IDPP is an established Recruiter 100 Company, supplying work package and resource solutions to technology and telecoms clients throughout the UK.
As part of our strategy for growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter to join our HQ in London (Westminster). Ideally you will have 2-3 years experience in technology recruitment in an agency environment, and be able to work within your existing networks.
The Role:
Your focus will be to develop new business and grow accounts, and this could be within contract, permanent, or on a dual desk.
Responsibilities will include:
- Business development building relationships with key stakeholders to create a strong client base and secure future projects.
- Manage and develop the clients and accounts you bring on.
- Work with the internal Delivery Team to ensure service levels are met and maintained, and to develop talent pools for future projects.
- Suggest new ideas and keep the team abreast of changing trends / technologies within the sector.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience within technology recruitment, within an agency environment.
- Proven background in winning new clients, and growing accounts.
- A track record within a technology vertical is an advantage, so to build a specialist desk.
- A desire to innovate and drive; always aim to achieve the best results.
- Knowledge of how to create a personal brand in a competitive market.

Base salary is dependent on experience, ranging between £28,000 and £50,000. Plus excellent commission structure.
