Location: Hybrid Newbury & Home Working

Rate: £200 per day (Outside IR35)

Contract: 3 Month Rolling contract

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our client on an immediate contract basis. This role will support the finance and procurement function with purchase order processing, data management, and reconciliation activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented junior resource who is confident working with spreadsheets, financial data, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising and processing Purchase Orders (POs) within internal systems
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and financial tracking logs
  • Reviewing data and identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Investigating and resolving PO and invoice discrepancies
  • Supporting procurement and finance teams with data accuracy and reporting
  • Ensuring records are maintained accurately and up to date

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience raising or processing Purchase Orders
  • Strong Excel / spreadsheet management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
