We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a leading UK financial services organisation on an initial 10-month contract. This role is ideal for an analyst who thrives on turning complex customer data into meaningful insights that influence business decisions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify customer opportunities, build insightful reporting, and provide data-driven recommendations that shape strategy and improve business outcomes. This is an insight-led analytical role rather than a data engineering or data modelling position.

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for analysing customer and business data to uncover trends, identify opportunities and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Working with business stakeholders across the organisation, you'll translate analytical findings into insights that drive customer engagement, commercial performance and strategic decision-making.

  • Produce high-quality reports, dashboards and presentations that support business decision-making.
  • Identify and develop customer segmentation strategies to support targeted campaigns and business initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Present complex analytical findings in a clear, engaging and commercially meaningful way.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting and analytical processes using modern data tools.
  • Use AI tools to improve analytical productivity and streamline day-to-day workflows where appropriate.
