About You

We require a Consultant for our growing Delivery Team based in London. The team provides support to our Senior Account Managers and Business Development specialists, focusing on both contract and permanent vacancies across our core market sectors. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates, preferably with some previous experience in recruitment, but we will also consider Graduates looking to start a successful career in a Sales environment.

Your Role

  • Networking within the market to identify potential candidates for live roles, and for our pipeline business.
  • Candidate attraction through advertising methods and database searches.
  • Assessing and interviewing candidates to determine suitability.
  • Guiding and managing candidates through the recruitment process, arranging interviews with clients, and presenting offers and feedback.
  • Updating and maintaining our CRM system to manage candidate details and hotlists for specialist job roles.

Skills and Experience:

  • A desire to succeed; drive to achieve the best results.
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent written English language skills.
