This role is for a Hardware Sales Associate in a technology hardware specialist company. It is a permanent position, remote (UK-based), with regular office meetings required. You will manage onboarding and nurture long-term client relationships, reporting to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing New Business Opportunities: Identify, prospect, and secure new business, build a pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Partnership Onboarding: Oversee onboarding, ensure smooth integration, and help clients understand product capabilities.
  • Account Management: Develop long-term relationships, act as the main contact, and understand client needs for tailored solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and provide feedback to improve products and services.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track sales activities, report performance, and update management.

  • 2+ years in business development or sales in hardware reselling.
  • Knowledge of the refurbished second-user and broker markets.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships.
