Our client is looking for a Junior Chief of Staff to support strategic initiatives in B2B issuing and payments. This is a hands-on, operational role, ideal for a former consultant with deep expertise in B2B card payments and issuing. You will take ownership of key projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivering results.
This position is not just about strategy—it’s about execution. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to implement critical initiatives, optimize processes, and explore new business opportunities in payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute key projects related to B2B issuing and payments , working autonomously to drive impact.
- Provide analytical, operational, and execution support to senior leadership on high-priority initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, finance) to ensure the successful implementation of payment solutions and issuing processes.
- Offer strategic insights and recommendations on B2B payments, identifying opportunities in OTA, flights, and travel (industry knowledge is a plus).
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to align project execution with business objectives.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B payments, issuing, and card payments.
