We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in Digital / IT procurement to support a large-scale business transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the transition away from centralised systems and helping establish standalone supplier and procurement arrangements within a complex enterprise environment.
The Role
You will support critical transition activities focused on Digital supplier contracts, procurement processes, and commercial governance as part of a wider separation and transformation programme. Working across multiple stakeholders, you’ll help ensure continuity of service, supplier engagement, and successful delivery of procurement transition activities through to October 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the separation and transition of Digital supplier contracts into a standalone operating environment
- Manage procurement and commercial activities across Digital / IT categories
- Engage with suppliers, stakeholders, legal, and programme teams
- Support contract novation, onboarding, and supplier transition activities
- Ensure procurement governance and compliance standards are maintained
- Identify and mitigate supplier and commercial risks
- Contribute to the establishment of new procurement processes and supplier frameworks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong procurement and commercial background
- Proven experience in Digital / IT procurement
- Previous experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, or business separations
- Experience managing supplier contracts within complex organisations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within fast-paced transformation environments
Desirable
- Experience within Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, or highly regulated sectors
- Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes
