We're looking for an experienced Audio Visual Engineer to join our client's managed service team on an initial 3-month contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. This is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one and confidently support high-profile stakeholders.
Key Requirements- Strong hands-on experience supporting AV environments
- Solid knowledge of Logitech Teams Rooms /Logi room setups
- Experience providing VIP/executive-level support with excellent communication and professionalism
- Strong working knowledge of Crestron systems and troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose and resolve AV issues quickly under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of incidents and escalations
- Provide day-to-day support for meeting rooms and AV infrastructure
- Manage and troubleshoot Teams Rooms, conferencing, and collaboration technology
- Deliver white-glove AV support for VIP users and senior stakeholders
- Maintain, configure, and support Crestron control systems
- Ensure meeting spaces remain fully operational and ready for business-critical events
- Respond rapidly to incidents and minimise downtime
