Location: Aldgate, London

Rate: £280 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract Length: 3 months initially (with strong potential to become permanent)

We're looking for an experienced Audio Visual Engineer to join our client's managed service team on an initial 3-month contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. This is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one and confidently support high-profile stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting AV environments
  • Solid knowledge of Logitech Teams Rooms /Logi room setups
  • Experience providing VIP/executive-level support with excellent communication and professionalism
  • Strong working knowledge of Crestron systems and troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve AV issues quickly under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of incidents and escalations
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for meeting rooms and AV infrastructure
  • Manage and troubleshoot Teams Rooms, conferencing, and collaboration technology
  • Deliver white-glove AV support for VIP users and senior stakeholders
  • Maintain, configure, and support Crestron control systems
  • Ensure meeting spaces remain fully operational and ready for business-critical events
  • Respond rapidly to incidents and minimise downtime
