We have an opening within our Commercial team for an Administrator to support our compliance activities. You will find us at Chester Business Park, with good transport links and free parking. We offer hybrid working, 3 days from the office with 2 from home.
The Role:
- Working alongside the Commercial Manager, the Administrator will be responsible for supporting contract and compliance activities for resources working across our client base.
- Onboarding for new contractors using our dedicated portal/platform.
- Manage the process for any required security vetting and reference checking.
- Track documentation and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure completion of paperwork required.
- Assist in drafting assignment schedule contracts; ensure they are raised and sent within required timeframes.
- Respond to emails and queries, keeping an organised email inbox.
- Support the Commercial Manager with day-to-day governance, compliance tracking and process administration.
- Liaise with the Finance team to resolve invoicing queries.
To be considered we are looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a recruitment, compliance or governance environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify potential issues early and follow them through to resolution.
- Comfortable reviewing data and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
- Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of Excel (intermediate level desirable) and proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience working with CRM/software applications.
