About the Role
As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our business operations. You will drive process optimization, implement structured workflows, and support senior leadership in making informed decisions. This role is key to ensuring that strategic objectives are met while fostering cross-departmental collaboration and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process & Operational Excellence
- Design and implement efficient business processes to optimize performance.
- Drive the adoption of standardized processes across departments to enhance efficiency.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead annual and ad hoc planning efforts, collaborating closely with sub-departments and finance teams.
- Ensure effective alignment and coordination of key dependencies across departments.
- Oversee and support budget planning and resource allocation.
- Performance & Stakeholder Management
- Own and facilitate business reviews (monthly, quarterly, mid-year), ensuring follow-ups and tracking of key actions.
- Design and implement performance measurement frameworks (KPIs, reporting, and analysis).
- Act as a central point of contact between teams, fostering collaboration and driving operational success.
- Communication & Influence
- Engage effectively with senior stakeholders up to Director level.
- Communicate insights and recommendations using data-driven storytelling.
- Foster teamwork and operational efficiency across multiple departments.
