Are you a fluent French speaker with a passion for building strong client relationships? Are you experienced in B2B account management and ready to join a high-growth tech company that’s transforming driver behaviour and safety worldwide? We’re looking for a French speaking Account Manager to join our client’s team in Exeter (hybrid working available), managing relationships with international fleet customers and driving value through insight, engagement and innovation.
About the Role
As a Fleet Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of fleet clients. You’ll work closely with them to ensure they’re gaining maximum benefit from our innovative driver performance solutions. From managing renewals and identifying growth opportunities to delivering insights and coordinating internal teams, you’ll play a critical role in customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with international fleet clients
- Lead regular communication via video, phone, and in-person visits
- Analyse fleet data to provide valuable insights and performance improvements
- Upsell additional products and manage renewals
- Ensure excellent client service and consistent delivery across departments
- Support customer training and rollout activities
- Advocate the brand and its unique gamification-based rewards approach
What You’ll Need
- Fluent French (essential)
- German language skills (beneficial)
- Experience managing B2B client accounts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational ability
- Transport industry experience is a plus
