We're looking for an experienced professional to join us as Client Success Director to lead and grow relationships with our most strategic university partners across the UK and Ireland. This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded individual who thrives on building executive-level relationships, driving growth, and delivering measurable outcomes.

What you'll do
- Lead and develop relationships with senior university stakeholders, including Pro Vice-Chancellors, Directors of International, and Recruitment leaders.
- Drive student recruitment growth, market share expansion, and long-term partnership value.
- Design and execute bespoke growth strategies aligned to institutional priorities.
- Identify opportunities to drive growth through bespoke initiatives, digital marketing, events, data, and admissions services.
- Maximise opportunities and remove barriers to recruitment success by influencing stakeholders internally and externally to solve complex challenges.
- Provide strategic oversight of partner performance, retention, renewal planning, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate across internal teams around the world to ensure exceptional partner experience and delivery.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- Significant experience in partnership management, client success, or key account management.
- In-depth understanding of UK Higher Education and International student recruitment, including policy influencing student flows.
- A proven track record managing complex, high-value strategic relationships.
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders within higher education or similarly complex environments.
