We invite a senior analytics leader to spearhead the global analytics function at IDP. This role involves taking ownership of analytics capabilities that drive innovation, deep insights, and tangible business outcomes across consulting, products, and data platforms. What you bring
We are seeking an accomplished leader with a strong record in commercial analytics environments who can inspire and guide high-performing teams in a complex, global setting. Your expertise should encompass contemporary data architectures and tools, including but not limited to:
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Leading data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
- Business intelligence solutions, for example, Tableau or their functional equivalents.
- Proficiency in programming languages essential for data manipulation and model development, particularly SQL and Python.
You should have a solid understanding of data architecture principles and best practices around ETL/ELT pipeline design, ensuring data integrity and scalability. Experience in applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, including generative AI, to solve practical analytics challenges will be highly valued. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and data-driven storytelling are essential, as you will translate technical insights into clear, actionable narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
