With our growing portfolio of large-scale technical housing projects, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a competent Revit Technician to join our team in our Central office on a permanent basis.
Requirements:- Creating and managing building information models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit software.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the BIM accurately reflects the design intent and meets all relevant industry standards and codes.
- Creating construction documentation such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Coordinating with contractors to ensure that the construction process runs smoothly.
- Creating and modifying Revit families (i.e., pre-built elements such as doors, windows, and fixtures) as needed.
- Creating and maintaining project templates and standards to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to Revit software or BIM models.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Revit and BIM modelling.
- Communicating effectively with project team members and stakeholders.
- Providing training and support to other team members on Revit software and BIM modelling techniques.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software
