We are looking for an experienced Architect/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have five years + experience (post qualification) and will be responsible for architectural design, project management and contract administration.
Company Description: IDP Architects LLP is an established architectural practice based in Glasgow. Since its formation in 1994, the practice has gained a reputation for delivering challenging projects on time and within budget. They work on a diverse range of projects throughout the UK and are committed to delivering sustainable solutions with a strong technical knowledge base and effective project management.
Role Description: This is a full time, office based role for an experienced architect. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, project management and contract administration.
Qualifications:
- Architect/Experienced Technician with minimum experience of 5 years post qualification
- Project Management MOD/Transport
- Strong technical skills with knowledge and understanding of building standards/regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software
- Must have experience in Revit; Autocad optional
