This position is a remote position, based in the United Kingdom.
As Partner Director, QTSP Services (f/m/d), you will identify, develop, and manage strategic partners for IDnow’s Qualified Trust Service Provider offering, leveraging our heritage in Germany and France, with a broader European remit spanning the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, the UK, and other priority markets. You will build a high-quality partner ecosystem that expands market reach, generates pipeline, and accelerates adoption of IDnow’s QTSP services across regulated industries. The role will work closely with partners to develop their sales capability, define joint propositions, execute joint marketing and sales activities, grow qualified pipeline, develop customer opportunities, and support deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Identification & Recruitment: Build and execute a partner recruitment strategy aligned to IDnow’s growth objectives across relevant countries, verticals, and technology ecosystems. Assess partner suitability based on market reach, vertical focus, technical alignment, and commercial potential. Engage senior stakeholders at prospective partners to qualify fit and progress partnership discussions.
- Go-to-Market & Partner Strategy: Develop joint go-to-market plans covering target sectors, use cases, value propositions, and sales motions for eIDAS-aligned digital signatures, electronic seals, and qualified trust services. Coordinate joint marketing activities—campaigns, events, webinars, and demand generation. Build repeatable partner playbooks for priority countries and verticals.
- Partner Enablement & Pipeline Development: Develop partner sales capability—create sales decks, solution briefs, objection-handling materials, and competitive positioning. Drive joint sales activity: account mapping, opportunity qualification, executive engagement, and deal strategy. Track partner-generated pipeline, conversion rates, and closed revenue; coordinate internal IDnow resources for complex opportunities.
- Market Intelligence & European Expansion: Gather and share market intelligence on regulatory drivers, competitor activity, and country-specific opportunities. Identify emerging opportunities linked to eIDAS, digital identity wallets, and regulated digital trust services. Contribute to IDnow’s European partner strategy and QTSP growth plan.
Preferred Experience
- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales-ideally within identity, trust services, SaaS, or regulated tech.
- Familiarity with eIDAS, digital signatures, electronic seals, and qualified trust services.
- Track record of building commercially productive partner ecosystems across European markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop joint propositions, qualify opportunities, and support deal closure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently across multiple markets and internal functions.
