You'll become a key part of our Workplace Services team, helping ensure our customers receive an exceptional service from enquiry through to successful delivery.
About the role
As a Workplace Services Executive, you'll be the central point of coordination for a wide range of workplace services, ensuring coaching, training and other customer services are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
You'll work closely with customers, our specialist consultants and internal teams to manage service delivery, coordinate appointments and keep projects moving smoothly.
This role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, communicating with people and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating workplace coaching, training and assessment services from enquiry through to completion.
- Scheduling appointments and managing consultant diaries.
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and delivering excellent customer service.
- Matching customers with the most appropriate specialist consultants.
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
- Processing service requests and sales orders.
- Working with internal teams to ensure services and equipment are delivered on time.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of our service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Coordination
- Coordinate workplace coaching, training and related services from order through to completion.
- Schedule appointments and allocate work to appropriate consultants.
- Match customers with the most suitable specialist based on their requirements.
- Liaise with freelance consultants to ensure services are delivered efficiently.
- Customer Support
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers via telephone and email.
- Provide updates throughout the delivery of services.
- Build positive relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
- Resolve routine enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Administration & CRM
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
- Record completed sessions and manage associated documentation.
- Create and complete appointments ready for invoicing.
- Process service requests and sales orders
- Issue order confirmations to clients.
- Operational Support
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely fulfilment of equipment orders.
- Confirm delivery information with customers where required.
- Ensure enquiries and communications are directed to the appropriate internal teams.
- Support continuous improvements to internal processes and service delivery.
