The role involves supporting the same two or three people in their own homes. There are no care calls or rushing between visits. Your day is focused on the person you support, getting to know what helps them, what a good day looks like, what they want to do, who they want to see, and what they find hard. If they do not feel like going out, you will have the time and trust to determine what makes sense instead. Shift patterns are built around the person you support, and we will work with you to find a pattern that fits your life too. We take care in matching support workers to the people we support, ensuring relationships start on the right footing.
We have supported adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions to live independently in their own homes for over a decade. We have no external shareholders; the people we support and the people doing the supporting are who we answer to.
