The role involves supporting the same two or three people in their own homes. There are no care calls or rushing between visits. Your day is focused on the person you support, allowing you to understand what helps them, what a good day looks like, and who they want to see. If they do not feel like going out, you will have the time and trust to find alternative activities. Shift patterns are tailored around the person you support, ensuring a fit with your life as well. We prioritise matching support workers to the individuals we assist, fostering strong relationships from the start.
