We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced person within health and social care to join the Quality and Compliance Team as a Quality Checker. The role of a Quality Checker will be a varied and exciting role which will suit a person who has a strong drive and passion for supporting the delivery of high quality support. You will enjoy meeting new people and forging good working relationships with people and within people’s support teams to support the development and implementation of improvements. This is a great opportunity for a person who is motivated by quality improvements, involving people, partnership working and making a positive impact in people’s lives.

The role will require someone who is exceptionally well organised, possess a can-do attitude, have a high level of attention to detail, experience in completing audits, sound knowledge of regulatory compliance and have an ability to frequently travel and work across iDirect’s localities which includes West and East Dorset as well as Wiltshire. This is a full-time position, covering 40 hours per week Monday – Friday with an expectation to be able to visit services day or night as and when necessary. Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence and your own vehicle is required.
