As a mental health support worker with iDirect you will provide high quality support by promoting independence and access to the community as well as inspiring the people we support to set and achieve their goals and aspirations.

If you are a fun, adaptable, caring and committed individual then we would love to hear from you. Previous experience of supporting people with mental health and autism is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided by our dedicated training team.
