As a Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering change that improves how we support our customers. Working closely with process owners, senior stakeholders, and Heads of Department, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into clear, achievable transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology. This is a Hybrid role based in our Walnut Court office in Swindon.
What you’ll be doing as a Delivery Manager:
- Own initiatives from concept to completion, taking a hands-on, end-to-end approach that turns ideas into real-world results.
- Shape customer-first solutions through insightful business analysis, clear problem statements, and compelling business cases.
- Bring structure, momentum, and determination to delivery, ensuring plans stay on track and outcomes are achieved.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the business, confidently influencing stakeholders and securing buy-in.
- Act as the voice of the user, translating needs into clear, prioritised requirements and championing the best possible solutions.
- Showcase success by measuring impact, demonstrating value, and continuously improving how we deliver change.
What you should bring to the role:
- Take a customer-centred approach to stakeholder management, working closely with business areas to explore challenges and positively challenge thinking.
- Bring energy and ownership across the full project lifecycle, from solution definition and design through to delivery and closure.
- Lead effective requirements discovery using workshops, analysis, and process or workflow mapping.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives within cross-functional teams.
- Quickly build a strong understanding of business needs, environments, and future opportunities.
- Assess risks to the business, people, or customers and recommend practical mitigations, supported by strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
