About the role:
You will be responsible for the expediting of outstanding purchase orders to ensure the delivery of goods is in line with client expectations and stores operational requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- To expedite outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner to ensure the delivery of goods is in line with stores operational requirements.
- To liaise directly with customers in receipt of direct orders to confirm the delivery of goods and to update supply records on SAP accordingly.
- To accurately record all communications with stores personnel and vendors into the SAP system.
- To amend current stock lines on supply systems to reflect description, supplier and inventory level changes where appropriate.
- To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role.
