As a Project Manager in the Digital Management function, you will be responsible for developing and managing multiple initiatives within our overarching Digital Management strategy.
This area is in its early stages, offering a unique opportunity to be directly involved in the initial ideation and planning of projects before leading their delivery
What you’ll be doing as a Project Manager
- Lead & coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Identify, engage and manage direct and indirect stakeholders appropriately, in the context of their role.
- Define and adopt appropriate project management methodology and tools as necessary
- Lead and facilitate project development workshops/reviews and project kick-off meetings.
- Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and to maintain awareness of business needs and priorities.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks effectively.
- Establish regular review meetings covering cost, schedule, and resources.
- Proactive identification and management of project dependencies – within and outside the project
- Assess the effectiveness of initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement and optimisation

What you should bring to the role
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of technology trends.
- Extensive Project Delivery experience.
