Project Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: Β£14.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 β 17:30
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced project team. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team , you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and ensuring everything stays on track.
This is a demanding and fast-moving project , with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running , stay organised under pressure and remain committed throughout the assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of project plans
- Manage project schedules and monitor key deadlines
- Coordinate project activities across the wider team
- Track budgets and assist with financial administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Monitor project progress and highlight any potential issues or delays
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and project team
- Assist with financial and reporting tasks as required
- Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed budgets
