Key Responsibilities
- Policy development — Review, update and embed employment policies and procedures.
- Lead and contribute to people‑focused projects that enhance the employee journey.
- Provide expert advice on employment legislation and best practice.
- Benchmark policies and conduct research to ensure innovation and sector alignment.
- Develop training materials, toolkits and communications to support policy rollout.
- Analyse and streamline people processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- HR generalist experience with strong policy development skills
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Proven project management capability
