Experienced in CCTV Drain Surveys and MSCC5 Coding? Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established drainage contractor who is looking to add an experienced CCTV Drainage Surveyor to their team in Oxfordshire.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in carrying out CCTV drainage surveys, producing detailed reports and accurately coding defects to MSCC5 standards. If you take pride in delivering high-quality surveys and providing clients with clear, accurate information, we'd like to hear from you.
The Role
- Carry out CCTV drainage surveys across a range of commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.
- Assess the condition of drainage assets and identify defects, structural issues and maintenance requirements.
- Accurately code surveys in accordance with MSCC5 standards.
- Produce detailed survey reports and recommendations using industry-standard software.
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure survey findings are clearly communicated.
- Support clients with accurate information to assist with maintenance, repair and rehabilitation decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience carrying out CCTV drainage surveys.
- Strong knowledge of MSCC5 coding standards.
- Experience producing detailed drainage survey reports.
- OS19X and/or OS21X qualifications preferred.
- Experience using Wincan or similar reporting software.
- Good understanding of drainage systems and defect identification.
- Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
- £41,600 - £49,400 per annum depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- 50 hours per week.
- Regular overtime available at enhanced rates.
