What you’ll be doing

  • Building and automating data processes, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Python, and Azure Data Factory (including Databricks).

  • Translating complex data into clear, visual insights for stakeholders, supporting decision-making across teams and senior management.
  • Documenting and optimising ETL processes, data models, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing.

This is a hybrid role based at Kemble Court, Reading (RG2 6AD).

  • A relevant degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Geography, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum, depending on skills & experience.
  • Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
