We are seeking a Quality Co-ordinator to join our Quality Services department within a well-established organisation operating in the testing and certification sector.

About the Department

The Quality Services department delivers audit and calibration services to a global customer base across the consumer goods industry. The laboratory accreditation programme supports manufacturers in achieving robust in-house product testing, ensuring ongoing compliance through regular audits and on-site technical assessments. Calibration services focus on the verification of physical testing equipment used in commercial and production laboratories worldwide, with all work carried out in line with ISO 17025:2017 quality standards and traceable to national measurement standards. The team consists of multi-skilled technical professionals delivering both audit and calibration services internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and checking calibration certificates
  • Reviewing audit reports across laboratory and materials testing
  • Drafting accreditation documentation
  • Updating calibration templates and procedures
  • Managing correlation templates and associated programmes
  • Coordinating equipment management and external calibration processes
  • Issuing reports and certificates to customers
  • Collaborating with international teams to ensure timely delivery of audit and calibration outputs

About You

Essential:
