Responsibilities

  • Take personal ownership of customer queries and respond to and resolve issues at their homes or places of work.
  • Collaborate with contractors to do planned and unplanned work and investigate clean water networks to resolve poor performance, including high or low pressure, leakage, metering queries and loss of supply out in the field.
  • Control burst mains and ensure isolation to facilitate planned work, emergency repairs and maintenance.
  • Look after valve operations, water sampling and valve checks and planning.
  • Drive daily work with a full UK driving licence and be happy to drive between jobs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role or utilities-based environment.
  • Excellent customer service experience within a constantly changing environment.
  • Can-do and positive attitude.
  • Initiative-taking and solution-focused attitude.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Working Pattern

Night shifts Monday–Sunday 20:00‑06:30. Day shifts Monday–Friday during a six‑month training period.
