An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Team Leader to join its growing team in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in leading, developing and supporting a team of fee earners.
The Role As Personal Injury Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the team, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
Key responsibilities will include
- Leading, mentoring and motivating the Personal Injury team.
- Managing capacity and ensuring workloads are distributed effectively.
- Holding regular 1-2-1 meetings and team meetings.
- Coaching and supporting team members to improve performance and develop their skills.
- Monitoring caseloads to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and within required timescales.
- Ensuring excellent standards of client care are maintained.
- Supporting the team in achieving individual and departmental targets.
- Providing guidance and assistance with complex case queries.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Acting as a key point of contact for client complaints.
- Working closely with senior management to support the continued development of the department.
- Helping create a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have
- Previous experience working within Personal Injury.
- Experience supervising, mentoring or managing a team.
- Strong understanding of Personal Injury processes and case management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to motivate and develop colleagues.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
