Puro Associates are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager to join an established, innovative firm in their Liverpool office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.
Duties undertaken by an Audit Manager:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, nurturing strong relationships, and providing sound financial guidance.
  • Preparing and reviewing annual accounts, corporation tax computations, and VAT returns.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc projects and special assignments when required.
  • Demonstrate expertise in accounting, VAT, taxation, and general business advisory services aligned with our client needs.

Requirements to qualify for the Audit Manager role:
  • Ideally hold 5+ years' experience working within a UK accounting practice.
  • ACCA or ACA qualification would be advantageous
  • QBE candidates will also be considered for this position.
  • You must hold the right to fully work in the UK.
