An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Knightsbridge, London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Knightsbridge, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the landlord side of this commercial building.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £47,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
Package & working hours- A basic salary of up to £47,000
- Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 16:00 / 09:00 to 18:00 rotating weekly
- Call out 1 in 3, £100 standby
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays rising to 28 days + bank holidays

- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Compliance and logbooks
- Chillers and pressurisation units
- Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
- Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
- Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
- Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
- Report service affecting issues to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
- Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
- Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
