What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of clerks across day & night shifts
- Ensure all import/export customs activity is accurate, compliant and on time
- Provide technical guidance and oversee customs clearance processes
- Manage performance appraisals, rotas and complex people issues
- Collaborate with operations & sales to support growth
- Drive improvements in systems, tools and ways of working
