We are seeking a Change Project Manager to join us in delivering improvements within our growing Renewals and Logistics business unit. Known as an Operational Improvement Lead, you will shape the project and support delivery activities using insight, creativity and stakeholder management skills. You’ll steer the project through discovery, develop operating models, manage pilots and implement delivery plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and delivery of projects improving existing services and operations, or creating new services.
- Review, develop, test and implement operating models and processes to fit future needs.
- Engage and involve stakeholders at all levels to drive successful activities and deliver project objectives.
- Capture and communicate benefits, lead change in behaviours and working methods.
- Lead and coordinate stakeholders confidently, focusing on delivering successful change.
- Embed change and provide a smooth handover to Business As Usual.
What you should bring
- Previous exposure to project and change management.
- Experience communicating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong planning skills and self‑management capability.
- Willingness to act as a temporary subject matter expert to lead the way with authority.
- Competent use of MS Office and project software.
- Access to a car and a driver’s licence.
Benefits
- Salary £43,110 – £52,000 per annum depending on experience and skills.
- 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 days with length of service (plus bank holidays).
