Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Your role as PPC Executive As a PPC Executive, you will play a key role within our Paid Media team, delivering best-in-class paid search and display campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. You\’ll work closely with your manager and team to ensure campaigns are strategically sound, performance-driven, and aligned with our agency values.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the building, implementation, and optimisation of paid search and display campaigns, with a focus on generating targeted traffic and driving conversions. You\’ll be expected to manage accounts with precision, contribute to performance insights, and maintain high standards of delivery across all touchpoints.Main Accountabilities Assist in the development and implementation of paid search strategies aligned with client goalsExecute day-to-day campaign management including setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reportingBuild and manage campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max (PMax)Optimise campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft AdsConduct keyword research and analysis to inform campaign structure and targetingWrite and test ad copy to improve relevance and performanceMonitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports with detailed commentary, insights, and recommended actionsComplete regular Search Query Reports to identify opportunities and refine targetingManage budgets effectively to maximise ROI and ensure efficient spendCollaborate with internal planning teams, clients, and platform reps to drive best-in-class performanceCore Knowledge & Skills You will be organised, determined and persistentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service ethos and ability to build lasting relationshipsMeticulous attention to detailStrong knowledge of ExcelAbility to manage time effectively and prioritise workload to meet deadlinesComfortable in supporting peers and knowledge sharingKnowledge of digital marketing strategyKnowledge of the Google and Microsoft Ads interfacesKnowledge of measurement and trackingKnowledge of common paid media metrics, definitions, calculations, and impactsKnowledge of Google AnalyticsQualification/Experience Requirements Previous experience within a paid media environment and eagerness to develop within our companyBasic to intermediate knowledge of the search engine marketing industryDemonstrable experience in a PPC role gained from a search agency or in-house positionCompletion of the core Google Ads certificatesAny Other Relevant Information This is a hybrid role split between home and office working, ensuring you work from your contracted office on the relevant allocated day (Manchester Wednesday & Leeds Thursday).Seniority level ExecutiveEmployment type Full-timeJob function Information TechnologyIndustries
