Your role as PPC Executive involves playing a key role within our Paid Media team, delivering best-in-class paid search and display campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with your manager and team to ensure campaigns are strategically sound, performance-driven, and aligned with our agency values.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of paid search strategies aligned with client goals
- Executing day-to-day campaign management including setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting
- Building and managing campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max (PMax)
- Optimising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conducting keyword research and analysis to inform campaign structure and targeting
- Writing and testing ad copy to improve relevance and performance
- Monitoring campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports with detailed commentary, insights, and recommended actions
- Completing regular Search Query Reports to identify opportunities and refine targeting
- Managing budgets effectively to maximise ROI and ensure efficient spend
- Collaborating with internal planning teams, clients, and platform representatives to drive best-in-class performance

Qualification/Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience within a paid media environment and eagerness to develop within our company
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of the search engine marketing industry
- Demonstrable experience in a PPC role gained from a search agency or in-house position
- Completion of the core Google Ads certificates
This is a hybrid role split between home and office working, ensuring you work from your contracted office on the relevant allocated day (Manchester Wednesday & Leeds Thursday).
