Your role as Digital Project Manager includes the following responsibilities:
- Schedule project workload across executional teams, coordinating with stakeholders and colleagues to prioritise delivery.
- Liaise with internal specialist teams and clients to agree on the scope of work, timeframes, and costs.
- Create and communicate project plans.
- Work with lead developers to ensure task estimates are present and monitor progress against estimates.
- Run stand-up meetings with the production team.
- Ensure work is completed to specifications.
- Liaise with QA testers to ensure work has been thoroughly tested.
- Provide regular reports to internal teams and clients.
- Lead regular project wash-ups, documenting outcomes and supporting in implementing agreed process changes.
- Report on the commercial element of the project and ensure that the day rate is maintained throughout delivery.
- Help develop processes and procedures that consistently drive positive change and growth within the Project Management team and the wider business.
- Support SPM / Principal PM / Head of PM on high-profile projects with larger complexity and numerous stakeholders.
What we'd like you to bring to the role:
- Experience in Project Management.
- Able to solve problems independently.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Interest in websites and related subjects; knowledge of trends in website design, UX, CRO, development, CMS, SEO, etc.
- Experience managing digital projects and/or client accounts, ideally in an agency environment.
- Strong experience in project planning and resource management.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Ability to clearly communicate concepts to clients.
- Ability to steer clients in terms of what is and isn't feasible or is relatively easy/difficult.
- Comfortable leading client-facing meetings and setting agendas.
- Commercially-minded.
- Digital agency experience.
- Strong team leadership or project group management; experience working with developers and designers.
- Experience working with content management systems (Kentico, Umbraco, Shopify, Adobe and BigCommerce).
